  3. Ahora corta en juliana un trocito de calabaza, 2 espárragos trigueros, 2 rodajas de berenjena, y 3 rodajas de calabacín. Saltéalo a fuego fuerte con un poquito de aceite y una pizca de sal durante un minuto.
  4. Cuando el arroz esté en su punto, escúrrelo y júntalo con las verduras. Pon un poco en un plato, el huevo poché encima y ráyale un poquito de lima para darle un toque cítrico.
  5. Consejo del GUERRERO: sincroniza los tiempos. Sabiendo que el huevo poché está listo en 5 minutos, y que las verduras las saltearás un minuto, calcula cuanto tarda el arroz (cada marca tiene su tiempo) y pon el huevo 5 minutos antes y saltea las verduras después. (ver video)
