  11. Pelamos la calabaza, troceamos, lavamos y añadimos a la olla.
  12. En un mortero, ponemos el huevo frito el pan frito con vinagre, los dientes de ajo, perejil, cominos y sal.
  13. Machacamos todo muy bien.
  14. Añadimos colorante a la olla
