  2. EN PANIFICADORA: meter en la cubeta los ingredientes en el siguiente orden: calabaza, sal, harinas, semillas y levadura. Programar la panificadora con el programa de pan integral.
  3. A MANO: mezclar todos los ingredientes en un bol y amasar por una diez minutos. Dejar reposar hasta que doble el volumen. Volver a amasar 10 minutos y dejar reposar de nuevo hasta que doble el volumen. Finalmente, amasar un poco para quitar el aire a la masa y darle la forma que queramos y dejar reposar de nuevo.
  4. Para hornear el pan poner el horno a 250°C con una bandeja con agua al fondo. Cuando esté bien caliente meter el pan y bajar el horno a 200°C. La cocción puede ir de 45 min a 1 hora. Un buen indicador para saber si está hecho es dar unos golpes en la base del pan y si suena como si estuviera hueco, estará hecho.
