- En otra olla o wok colocar aceite, cebolla, ajo y los morrones cortados chiquito. Reabogar todo y agregar la carne en trozos medianos, la panceta. Condimentar. Sin dejar de agregarle agua para que no se seque.
- Una vez que la carne ya esta cocida agregar los chorizos. Cuando en la otra olla los porotos se ablandaron, juntar todo y cocinar 10 minutos más. Servir bien caliente.
