- Cogemos los cebollinos y los lavamos y se les cortan las raíces a continuación los picamos en rodajas

- Cogemos las lonchas de panceta y le quitamos toda la grasa la cortamos en taquitos chicos y la salteamos una vez salteada la añadimos a las lentejas y removemos bien y dejamos cocer durante 5 min.
