- En otro recipiente echa el chorrito de aceite y coloca la masa. Tápala con un paño limpio y déjala fermentar al menos por una hora,el tiempo de levado de la masa va a depender de la temperatura, procura siempre que el sitio elegido sea lo más cálido posible.
- Cuando veamos que la masa a triplicado su volumen, la volvemos a colocar sobre la mesa de trabajo enharinada, con la ayuda de las manos eliminamos el exceso de gas de la masa aplanandola un poco.
- Le damos la forma elegida y le damos un par de cortes en forma de cruz. Ya podemos meterlo en nuestro horno previamente precalentado a 210 grados,en donde tendremos un recipiente metálico donde echaremos medio vaso de agua, generando una gran cantidad de vapor. Colocaremos la masa a media alt,cerramos la puerta y tras unos minutos bajamos el horno a 190 grados,dejándolo por un tiempo de 30 a 40 minutos dependiendo del horno.
- Ya veréis que olor más rico por toda la casa, sacamos nuestro pan cuando esté bien dorado y lo dejamos enfriar en una rejilla. Y... ¡a disfrutar!.
