  5. Cuando veamos que la verdura esta bien cocida, la iremos sacando del caldero con cuidado, y la ponemos en una gran bandeja, le ponemos algunos trozos de carne y también sofreiremos unos ajos en un sartén y cuando estén dorados se los añadimos por encima incluida el aceite donde los freímos.
  6. Emplataremos las verduras al gusto de cada comensal y listo para comer.
