  1. Encontré esta calabaza y le quise dar esta forma luego le quite toda la pulpa de adentro.
  2. La pulpa de calabaza la cocine con dos cucharadas de azúcar, canela y clavo de olor. Cocinar hasta que quede como puré.
  3. Preparamos los ingredientes y hacemos un puré con la calabaza, los 300 gramos lo ponemos a hervir con un poquito de agua con canela y clavo. Reservamos.
  4. Ponemos todos los ingredientes a la licuadora menos la harina, una vez licuado mezclamos con la harina en forma envolvente, luego ponemos la mezcla en un molde enmantecado con horno a 180° por 45 minutos aproximados.
  5. Así de hermosos y muy esponjosos quedaron.
  6. De la calabaza que me quedó la decore para Hallowen 😊😀
