- Cuando está tierna la calabaza la ahuecamos dejando un poco para que no se rompa. La pulpa de la calabaza que sacamos la hacemos puré y se lo agregamos al relleno.
- Mezclamos bien el relleno con el puré de calabaza le agregamos una cucharada de Queso parmesano y una de Queso crema.
- Rellenamos la Calabaza, cubrimos con Queso crema y muzzarella. Espolvoremos con un poco de orégano, llevamos al horno para gratinar.
