- Por otro lado, picamos la cebolla (chiquita) y rehogamos con un poco de aceite.

- Agregamos el arroz y revolvemos por unos minutos para nacacarlo.(2 min.)

- Incorporamos el puré de calabaza, condimentamos con pimienton, pimienta blanca y sal. Mezclamos.

- Añadimos el caldo que habíamos reservado anteriormente. Bajamos a fuego mínimo y lo dejamos por 20 min. aprox. Revolvemos cada tanto hasta que el el arroz haya absorbido el agua y logremos una preparación cremosa. Agregar el queso rallado y mezclar bien hasta que se derrita
